I love SHINEDOWN...the new "Us and Them" CD is pretty kick ass, but damn I hate it when a band you really really like trys to take all your money!

There are THREE versions of their new CD.
1. just the CD
2. the CD plus a bonus song...
3. a $22 - $30 CD which has the album poster, stickers and three bonus songs...

The third one they keep saying is very limited, and I want the extra stuff...but damn. I hope some store near me has it next week. Luckliy shinedown isn't 'well known' in CA so much.

shinedown will be on Jimmy Kimmel on the 13th too by the way...

What a small goddamn world it is. I've had a "the one guy in the one movie" crush on 'the blonde guy' from Fight Club for a long time...just recently (bothering) to find out he is Jared Leto.....THE DUDE FROM 30 SECONDS TO MARS......what the hell? I'm so out of it. Now I feel stupid for not paying attention to them last month.

I need to get a smaller camera. I was expecting to take some great pictures of the Used last night...but my camera's zoom was too big and the security people wouldn't let me take it in.

The concert was great. Bert had such control of the crowd something scary man...Jepha and Quinn were both wearing (i think) the exact same thing. It was white pants and a white shirt with red splatters all over the place, it looked nice.

They opened up with "Take It Away" and closed with "Maybe Memories". Like always the crowd was beautiful during "On My Own", "Blue and Yellow" and Taste of Ink". I so want to go to another show!

Oh, and it was the very first show of the tour and still, Bert was all " This is by far, the best show on the tour so far!!" hehe.

they didn't do Lunacy Fringe though.

the White Stripes kicked some serious ass last night. This morning I woke up with the worst cold I've gotten all year though. I was freezing in the pit. I think that was the only concert I've walked out not dripping in sweat.

Meg was great and oh so cute when she did her little part! Jack was also fabulous...I didn't know a person could play so many instruments as wonderfully as he does.

Nine more days till the White Stripes concert...Im happy.
I had a odd, odd dream about Asia Argento. Holy wet dream batman. Her and I were a at Marilyn Manson concert, but it wasn't like a normal venue, it was...like a drive in movie theater...anyway, she went to go buy some popcorn and came back naked with Brent Smith (what the fuck is up with that???) and she goes on to tell me we are going to have sex for him. so we did. Jasin from Shinedown showed up too and apparently (in my dream anyway) he was dating Argento and they had beautiful little babies and such and then I left with Brent. Him and I went and got drunk, then I woke up to go pee and I didn't get to finish it. Boo Hoo.

Speaking of Boo Hoo....Voltaire now has a place on my wall.he is hung...(poster)..he stares an awful lot mind you...and I like it.

I’m think I don’t like them because the couple time (three times)I actually ‘hurt’ myself, after…I would think about it, and tell myself “now, really, what did that do”. So I stopped. So what? Am I a hypocrite? Perhaps, better that then stupid right?….sure.

I obviously was reading some horrid teen pain/teen angst poetry ‘ I hate myself and I want to die’ shit...fuck, some people. I did a LiveJournal interest search for blood and was hoping to find some morbid people like me who like blood for odd reasons, but no I found just, really fucked up stuff.

I just found a relative on LiveJournal...then while checking her friends list...I found two more. That's so not right of me...Now I'm going to feel all weird________________

I saw "Finding Nemo" last night, and after that...we watched "Seven" and then "Monkey Shine" (Ella!!) because you just have to watch bloody deaths after looking for Nemo. My fucking sunburn is finally going away. FIVE DAYS TILL BILLY CROGAN...but I'm not going to make it. I gotta sit on a baby. Damn babies. Yesterday when I was walking down by a local park, I spotted a dead duck. I was kind of odd, a duck..right there in front of the little kiddie slides, very strange indeed.Right now I'm having serious separation anxiety from my CD's. I left my "cd wallet" at Kevin's house earlier today and now he's out of town for three weeks...I'm bummed just knowing I can't listen for a while. Well, Charla is coming...maybe she can call him and we can get permission to burst out his windows for the love of music. Sure.

Yesterday was the (channel 104.9) 'Day on the Meadow'. And ouch to Hell, I got sunburned waiting in the hot sun for..seven hours.
It was some little local (or semi-local) bands, then Wakefeild,Slighty Stoopid, Bowling for Soup, Corssfade and Better Than Ezra. I went mainly for Crossfade, but was really excited to see Better than Ezra...

Anyway, Slightly Stoopid and Bowling for Soup really don't mean much to me, but they did very well considering the sun was right in the face at the time. I didn't get a chance to see Better than Ezra though because my friend got a call that her daughter was sick or something serious...but at least it was after Crossfade. Well, I did take a picture of one of Bowling for Soup's props though....

Last night, I was sleeping on the couch, passed out actually…and then, I woke up because I felt a BIG thud of something on my neck. When I was awake enough to comprehend anything, I noticed there was a big ol’ piece of wood on my neck. A fuckin picture frame fell on my neck. Now I got this cut and bruise on my neck everyone is saying is a fuckmark. Goddamn picture frames.

Tomorrow Mr. Sean and me are going to this Christmas in June party. But the thing it, it’s also a costume party…and the even better part is that it is a themed costume party : “be your music”. How fun is that bitches! We have to emulate our favorite bands CD, logo or your favorite song in the best way you can. I still don’t know what I’m going to do though. Sean rather creative…he’s dressing up as a sadistic little fuck for the title of this favorite song, “Mr. Self Destruct” by Nine Inch Nails. He’s got whips, chain’s…everything.

Bobby and Kris (hate that name..) are picking me up after they get out of work tonight (and since they work at TOWER, that of course means we get new Tuesday music to listen to on our ride...) and then we are on our way to LA, well after picking up Princess Rachel.Then we are on our way!

I hate myself for 'saying' this...but to be honest, as excited as I am about seeing smile empty fuckin soul....I am just a tiny bit more anticipating seeing FRACTIONAL more. Don't know why. Well, I've only seen FRAC twice as to my 4(yay!) smile concerts...perhaps?
